PATHETIC
My cousin lost a phone that I bought for her and It was insured. Been calling MTN the entire late afternoon yesterday and today in order to blacklist the phone and open a case at the police station because I have only 48hrs to do so, if not, the insurance wont pay. When you call MTN you get the voice over that says \their systems are currently offline
