Pathetic

I have been a client with MTN for over 20 years and the service is truly shocking, last week a gent called regarding upgrading my data line which I agreed on, thought everything was fine now get sms about authentication fail, yet received nothing for authentication, so today I called MTN spoke to a lady who already was so arrogant I did raise my voice at her and asked that a manager call, and yes I cut the call, seriously wondering why am I even still with MTN
