PATHETIC

I AM REPOSTING THIS COMPLAINT AS I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE!!!!! I SEE ALL THE REVIEWS ON MTN'S PATHETIC SERVICE AND NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM THEM....VERY EVIDENT THAT MTN CAN NOT BE BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I am disgusted with the level of service from MTN. I have been contacting them for months now to resolve or provide some assistance with regards to an ancient device that they sold me-contract for 2 years and the device is already 6 years out of date!!!! You cannot even update the software to allow you to use use much needed apps. I probably called the call center over 20 times for someone to help me, and to date there is no resolution. Further to that I called in because for some strange reason since I upgraded my data contract I cannot send smses, was "helped" and I still can't send a sms-this again I called about several times and not a single person is able to resolve it!
