Pathethic Service from the call centre

please assist urgently the call Centre is of no help, I did an upgrade and incorrect information was provided. I made numerous attempts to cancel the contract with no help. please cancel this damn contract ***. I was told and agent sent the email to the wrong email address. Can someone please cancel this upgrade urgently on my number ***
