pathethic and useless!!!!
just called mtn for a settlement amount n agent cut the call on me called back again to the same agent who pretended it was someone else and who tried to send me in circles to get a settlement....<br> mtn is a pathethic, terrible network provider. <br> i am shocked that customer services provide ******** instead of help!!!!
