Please stop useless companies like Mondo to sell your products. I was scheduled for a delivery of a router and sim-data. I have not received it as it was scheduled today.

I am pulling my hair out as my call kept being dropped at DSV and I had to speak to an *********** agent from Mondo who told me I can cancel with DSV and tell them I am no longer interested on the parcel when they phone for delivery. What nonsense is that? Why can't she cancel real time on her system? Who trained her on customer retentions even? Highly unacceptable and pathetic service.
