Pathenic service - MTN Home Internet

Absolute pathetic. I have took out a new Home internet contract since my previous contract expire, the consultant check for coverage and all was well. Now the are has no coverage, despite the website showing coverage and this was confirmed with local MTN shop. Nobody from MTN is responding to my mails, and the manager, Mr Aucamp, don't even bother to respond to my mails. All mail must go to ether "complaints" or "coverage" at MTN. Absolute pathetic!!
