PATHECTIC all round Service!

I was with Nashua Mobile Previously. Upon them closing down my contract was moved directly to MTN. With Nashua Mobile i set a call limit and each month i would receive SMS notification that i was close on reaching the call limit i set. I was then able to call the call center and have the limit extended so that my phone does not cut. Since being with MTN directly i have not received 1 SMS notification notifying me that i am about to reach my call limit nor do i receive any notification that my call limit has been reach. for the past 5 months i have had to go into a store , as i have given up on the call center because i NEVER get through! AGAIN this month my line has been blocked without any notification what so ever! MTN is officially the WORST service provider as i have NEVER received ANY good service from them only hassles! Dont offer a call limit service if you cannot get it right!!! I am inconvenienced EVERY TIME i have to go into a store to have my line opened! I cannot wait until my contract expires so that i can move to a service provider that can give me the level of service i need! and have a call center that i can get through to when needs arise!
