Pathe service

I have had it with MTN. I called for a refund for the credit on my account. I spoke to a lady named busisiwe she assured me if i send her proof of payment I will recieve the refund in 24 hours. I then spoke to her team leader lelisha. Who then said the turn around time for a refund is 7to 21 business days. I dont understand how they follow different process. If someone has promised me 24 hours why change the story now. I even emailed the CEO and guess what no response. I receive better service from my local truck shop. You guys really need to pull up your socks. It embarrassing.
