Pathatic Service
First my LTE modum change from uncapped to prepaid without my consent, from May 2015 till July 2015. After several complaints MTn said I never called to change it. Lately my cell *** had to be repaired, but a small scratch on the screen void the warrenty, although I follow the procedure. I had the fone for 4 days when the speaker brake. I did report it nobody called me back with any assisstance. <br> Very easy to give out contracts, but the after service is pathatic.

HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the Manufacturer's repair and assessment guidelines, in accordance with their Standards and mandate. Physical damage/Traces of liquids being detected on handsets voids warranty and repairs cannot be attempted.
The handset is declared BER (Beyond Economical Repairs) due to the effects of liquid/ Physical contact. A physically damaged or liquid exposed handset cannot pass quality assurance tests due to defects that HVRC cannot ignore.
Regretfully we are unable to expedite the matter further.
