PATETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>i have been with MTN for the past 15 years , earlier this year i received a telphone call from MTN wanting me to take out a new contract, i declined the contract but 1 month later my account was debited with the incorrect amount and when i called i was advised i took out a telephonic contract i then advised the consultatnt i did not as i did not receive the a cellphone either was advised to reverse the payment and that my account would be rectified. This has been an ongoing query for the past 6 months already. I now received a sms saying my account will be suspended if i dont make payment. getting thru to MTN is a nightmare as you get given different numbers to call and no one is able to assist. Really is this the customer service we receive when your account has been deboited incorrectly.</p>
