Patetic after service

I returned a faulty wifi unit within a week of getting it for battery life n constant no reception .....It was sent to there repair centre n came back rejected.....due to a minor scratch tht cannot b seen at all. I pleaded n xplain ed tht thts got nting to do with the problem......I was told they won't do anyting. N let me walk out the shop ranting n raving....I'm still paying for a flat device tht the owner shud hav taken rspnsbity for. It's a *******....
