Patchetic service with no Feedback

I have done a upgrade on the 2nd of February 2019. I upgraded 2 lines where only one received the promotional DATA advertised by MTN. I logged a complaint on the 4th of February 2019 where is received the following Reference number 1- ********** 5566 where is received no feedback on the matter until I phone the call center on the 6th of February 2019. I was promised that the issue will be resolved by end of business on Wednesday and wow what a shocker it was not!!!! i then called again to follow up which i was again promised that the issue will be resolved by close of business today as they are just waiting for the bundles!!!!! and now half an hour before close of business and no feedback again!!!!!! and you pride yourselves to be the best network????? signal wise maybe costumer service wise I think you can improve a lot!!!!does it occur to you that your clients pay your salary every month!!!! but yet you give unsatisfactory service!!!! pathetic!!!
