Past Horrible customer service.

Hi.

I app**** for an contract everything went well. the store I app**** through was wonderful gave me good customer service but when I called MTN it was horrible! I waited to get through to a person and when i finally did a consultant just put me through to a different consultant and when i got through to him he answered the phone very arrogantly and when i asked if he could help me he put the phone down in my ear. you could clearly hear a tv playing in the background. Clearly they know nothing about customer services and just doing it for the paycheck.
