Passing the risk onto customer for faulty goods still under 7 days gaurantee
I handed in a Cheri Tablet at MTN Store Liberty Midlands Mall Shop 211 Liberty Midlands Mall 50 Sanctuary Road to Rehana Sheik more than 10 days ago. The tablet came with a keyboard that was faulty. There was nothing wrong with the tablet, but they insisted they needed to change both. Why?
Anyway, I enquired after a week and was told that Cheri Johannesburg has to give some authorization? Why shift the risk to me the customer? Why not sort me out? They have my money? I want something that works. Full stop!!!! Please help.
It is not my fault and should not have to suffer for it!!!!
