Passing the buck/Poor service

MTN in conjunction with African Sky, who are doing the re tarring, was on a contract to place fibre or whatever in our suburb. First of all, the work was filty. The repairs after the piping and cabling was done was even worse. The sidewalk was tarred very badly, and a decorative pot on my sidewalk was broken by Arican Sky. I believe that is the companies name. We have had discussions with two people from African Sky, and also supervisors fromVumatel who also did work. That was three weeks ago, and the broken pot still has not been replaced, neither have been reimbursed for it. This pots carry a lot of sentimental value as my mother in law bought it for us as a house warming gift when we bought the house. When she bought it in 2003, she paid nearly R3500.00 for both. So who must carry this loss? MTN or their sub contractor. It seems as if everyone just think we are going to forget about it but I look at the broken pot every day. Poor pathetic service.
