Partial Delivery of Upgrade

On Friday I received my upgrade which I ordered via MTN Direct, upon opening it I noticed that I was missing the charging plate for my S6 was not included but is reflected on invoice.
I have called every mtn service number I could find but was given the run around from the call centre agents. Eventually I sent a mail to the customer care email address and was told by Unathi Njozela that I need to go to my nearest store to sort out the problem.. Friday afternoon I went to Clearwater Mall and dealt with Gladness Sibanyoni who tried her best to assist but said in the end MTN Direct has to deal with the missing charger as they did the original sale.
She did sent an email to Sibusiso Zulu requesting that he contact me urgently.
I gave him till today (Tuesday) to contact me. I mailed Unathi Njozela again saying that I have had no response to my problem and she answered saying I must contact ***. I did this and ended up with a call centre agent who had no clue, and wanted me to SMS the upgrade department to contact me, which I cant do as my Sim has not been activated yet.
All I want is my charger plate and my sim card reactivated (96 plus hours now) is this to much to ask??
