PARCEL RETURNED FROM DSV TO MTN (RUDE AND USELESS URGENTS FROM BOTH DSV COURIERS)

I app**** for a cellphone contract with MTN and I was advised that DSV couriers will call me to confirm delivery and today when i came out from a meeting i saw their missed call and i called back only to be told that my parcel has been placed on hold as i didn't pick up my phone when they were calling i told the DSV agent that i was in a meeting and she said she will send an email for my parcel to be un paused and i must call back later.when i called back they just rudely asked me to call MTN as it has requested the parcel to be sent back.since in the morning i have been trying to call mtn and i have been put from one department to another with no one knowing whats happening,please if there someone who knows what i can do please advice as i am tired of speaking to people who don't care.
