Parasites, they don’t care about clients

I have been denied payment arrangement by MTN because I ported my phone to Vadacom after being a loyal customer for 13 years.

Furthermore, I was put on itc for without a courtesy call or sms….I requested for payment arrangements, I went as far as paying 45% to show commitment but they are not moved.
