Paper work.

Please explain as to why MTN's that are privately owned have different rules as to headoffice owned MTN's, which don't require such rules or additional paperwork. In order for me to be a happy customer I would like correct information to be supp****. Not two completely different rules. The paperwork to simply upgrade a cell phone or move a contract into another name is absolutely **********. Then to be told a driver's licence and ID needs to be produced, how much more proof do you want to prove who I am? MTN is a pain and certainly doesn't focus on simplicity.
