Pain fully experience

I went to MTN December 3 years ago wanted to open an account for a data while we were busy with the application the consultant informed me that there system was down must go out and come back an hour as soon as I went out I received a call from my home to come then I left a mall it was at menylane shopping centre in one of MTN shop . The second day the consultant who was helping me phoned trying to find out if I was gona come back so I ask him to cancel the contract cos I was out of the province I even sent an email saying that he must cancel,to my Suprise he did not cancel it cos after 5 month i started receiving emails for the payment that I was missing I went back to the same shop and spoke to the manager of the shop he advised me to go back and promised me that he will send my file to cancelation department. Second month again I received the same email I informed the manager again and he again promised to follow it up but to my Suprise nothing happened cos I kept on receiving then and I was always charting to the manager on my whatsup msg but it shows that he didn’t cancel. Im so hurt course up until today my file was not cancelled right now the credit solution company is phoning concerning the very same issue when it I phone customer care for MTN they always drop the phone on my ear I even tried to go to MTN head office last month hoping to find solution but still nothing is happening im writing this with a painful heart course of what MTN is doing on me and my life🥺🥺🥺🥵🥵
