Paidup letter

Don't even know where to begin. I only requested 1 thing and they are unable to send tp me. I paid my account in full, but they are not sending me the paidup letter. Been calling and sending emails. No help at all. Their consults are very good at their job but the legal department is the worst. They have good offers but I will never take anything service from them.
