Paid up...more than 3 months later still listed in ARREARS

I am really tired of MTN. I have paid up a contract that i never actually used, R414 because i needed that nonsense removed from my credit record. I paid on the 01 Aug 2021 and today on the 6 Dec 2021 its still on my records as outstanding. I have a paid up letter, when call them they say legal is the one that needs to update. Getting someone a Legal is like asking to be transferred to talk to GOD... I am going to the Short Term Ombudsman now, GEES Man get your act together MTN.
