PAID UPFRONT ROUTER I DID NOT RECEIVED

Very bad service since i ordered month to month router early march 2024 didn't get it but they have a nerve to send me the bill amount to pay outstanding balance (R333.00) for something i did not receive. The lady (Nonkululeko) who was assisting me she is a ***** to the core. She said i will get free data to connect when im away from the router it happened that i have to pay for the data but she said its free. CALL ME AND CANCEL YOUR SERVICES, I HATE THIS MTN THING.
