Paid uped letter and itc record

I've did settled my Mtn Acc but I'm still waiting for a paid up letter and my name to be updated on credit bereuer nothing still haven't happened, even after emailing more than 10 times called customer service more than 20 times visited more than 7 of their stores to make follow ups. Which all of them promised me to send emails as there is no incoming calls into that department, but I never received any feedback neither sms,call or an emai. Which does frustrate me because I made this payment early December 2015 and I've still not being assisted even though I've did more dam 40 follow-ups calls 808 or head office 011...emails I've got more than 10 references ice being give each time they email or fax. I need paid up letter from Mtn as I've settled my account
