Paid up MTN Contract as of 10th of October 2014
Good Day.

I had a paid-up MTN Cell fone contract, which I paid up before the actual date (paid 10th October 2014 before termination date, been end of June 2014. Also foned 808 and sent and email to give notice on the 20th of May 2014 for the contract.

Have only picked up now, that MTN have been deducting a premium of R169-00 a month since the end of June 2014 up and till now, March 2016, as I had a same amount debit order going off for my gym fees, at Boost Fitness Club, which is a gym.

I went into the MTN Store in Beacon Bay Retail Park in East London and queried this and was told they would submit a termination form. I have also sent emails to the following email addresses earlier today and up and till now, have n't received a response. This is totally not good business practice and very ******* to deduct premiums.

[Email Removed] AND [Email Removed]

It is a total of 22 months of premiums, which have been deducted my banking account, which totals an
amount of R3,718-00 and, this is after I phoned 808 in May 2014 and, also sent an email to MTN Customrer Sevices, as a matter of good manners, when I had already paid up the contract with MTN.
