Paid up letters frustrations

MTN handed my account to SSd which I’ve been making payments but appears as unpaid I then queried the remaining amount asked for recording and statement with utter fail I decided to pay up that balance but now I’m getting run around from both ssd and mtn in getting my paid up letter.
