Paid up letter with no response

I send an email with my paid up letter to MTN legal department since 19 July 2024 to clear my name at the credit bureau. I call them it took me 30 minutes to get hold of them the line was so weak and lady told me I need call back again. This is really frustrating I don't know what to do.
