Paid up letter Shapiro Shaik

When my MTN account was handed over to I honoured the payment arrangement as it was. They’ll always bombard me with calls to increase the amount I was paying but I stuck to the one I had agreed. In April 2022 I arranged for the settlement which they assisted with speedily. I was therefore told to wait for 40 days to get a paid up letter. I’m angry and disappointed cause now I’m being taken from pillar to post to get it. If the rude agents (Josinah to Nokuthula and the rest of them) aren’t asking you to hold they’re always “following up” with MTN. The unfortunate part is that MTN is allowing these ******** to do this to their clients. MTN needs to confirm if these attorneys are worki NH with them or not. I can’t pay 35k only for my credit profile to remain on my credit profile!
