Paid up letter run around - Service failure

I paid up my cellphone contract in May and have been given the run around by MTN as they have failed to update my record on credit bureau. I spoke to Lungile and was promised to have my paid in my inbox by 06/07/2021,call ref ***. When I followed up with Nqobile she told me Lungile did not send the request to the relevant department. I then followed up again with Mapule Phala with call ref *** who told me Nqobile of gone home and I have to call another time. Such incompetence. I will never patronize the brand MTN as they have failed me
