PAID UP LETTER

MTN DOESNT WANT TO ISSUE PAID UP Letter , i request the immediate issuance of my paid-up letter, which I have been attempting to obtain for an extended period. My account has been fully settled, yet each time I inquire about the letter, I am informed that it will take 21 days to be provided.

It is unreasonable for a paid-up letter to require such an extended timeframe, as this delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and directly impeding my ability to proceed with my affairs. I have fulfilled my obligations in good faith and expect the same level of efficiency in return.
