Paid up letter

I'm utterly disgusted with MTN, I've been calling their call centre and no one seems to be willing to help. I need a paid up letter for an account that was paid in full in 2024. They keep sending me to vericred and VC park and these two says the account is with MTN. The most frustrating thing is that the agents are very rude and they keep running away.
