Paid up letter and bureau update.

I have paid up my contract in February, and requested them to send me .y paid up letter and also update the information on the credit bureaus, but it's more than 3 months now I didn't receive the paid up letter and it's not updated on the bureaus, the keep on giving reference numbers and send me emails that the case has been closed.
