paid up letter

I'm so disappointed, disappointed is an understatement. I have been calling mtn for more than a hour to request a paid up letter of my mtn contract. I have been sent from pillar to post. none of them was willing to assist. it went to a point their staff member argued about assisting while I was on the call. I have not been assisted. I need paid- up letter urgently. the account was up to date, i decided to pay it before the term ends. worst service ever
