Paid up letter

I requested a paid up letter from mtn using online request I got an email with the this ref *** with turn around time of 2-5 days and received nothing I logged a new query got a new ref *** and the turn around time passed as well with no feedback, how long can one wait just to get a paid up letter.

The service on MTN is really bad
