PAID UP LETTER

I would like to lay a complaint against MTN’s services in keeping my name in arrears when I have paid all contractual bills with them. I have made countless calls to MTN asking them to remove my name, and issue out a paid up letter so I can proceed with my future plans. However, I have not been assisted, please help in finding an amicable way of solving this issue.
