PAID UP LETTER!!!!

Very poor service from MTN and your call centre consultants are not helpful at all. I have been calling the call centre to get a paid up letter and being transferred from pillar to post. I have fully paid my contract and cancellation fee has been paid but I haven’t received the letter. Please upskill/ train your consultants, the service provided is not pleasing. Send me a paid up letter.
