Paid up Letter
<p>Couple of months back i send MTN an email asking for my balance and how can make arrangements, Its funny quicky they responded ,now that i finished paying and asking for a paid up letter they just open my emails and never respond back , it has been two months trying to get a simple paid up letter from MTN , I don't dream of ever taking another contract with MTN or refer anyone to MTN they have a poor customer service PERIOD nxa!!!</p>
