PAID UP LETTER
I enquired with MTN LEGAL on my account I had with them which in the past if there was any amount outstanding, I was given a balance which I paid and send them a proof of payment, I have asked for my paid up letter on the account. my emails are being read as I ticked a read receipt and no one is bothering to respond. very very bad service indeed.
