PAID UP LETTER

I am not so happy with MTN store I called to get a paid up letter is been 4 months now I am even under arrears because they did not update it on their system even though I have sent proof from Nudebt company that I was paying with.The gentle man by the name of Calvin Rakhadani just acknowledge my email from the 20 September 2024 til this day I tried getting in contact with the senior to solve my matter I am not getting any luck or joy
