Paid up and cancelled account handed over

I had a contract with MTN from Dec 2010, i upgraded my phone in Dec 2012, The contract was ending in Dec 2014, i went to MTN store where i signed the contract, in Smith street durban to cancel the contract. In January they credited airtime. I called MTN to reverse the airtime and they did.<br> <br> What irritates me the most is that i have been loyal to them for four years, never been in arrears, never missed any payment now my credidt report appears MTN as handed over. They messing up my credit record.<br> <br> I am so irritated. For the fact that the account expired and i did cancel on time. If not, I need them to send me the contract i signed with them and highlight for me where it is stating that i will sponsor them with my money even after contrcact end date. i am so ****ed off!!!! This is unacceptable. It is just poor treatment of customers. I hope they resolve this issue immediately. I am super irritated.
