Paid up Account showing in arrears

Paid up my account in 2022 and now a different collection agency is listed in my credit report as if I’m in arrears since 2019!!!!

HOW COME???

I’ve tried to contact MTN numerous times with no assistance and I sent the agency a paid up letter with no response. This is really affecting my credit report!
