Paid up account and cancelled contract, but still charged and handed over.

<p>Hi. I paid up my account, sent proof of payment, and cancelled my account . I sent an email with the cancellation letter and all. I asked for my number to be migrated to prepaid, and this is over 6months ago. Till today my number does not work, You still have the nerve to take me to your debt collector (VVM Debt collectors) claiming that I owe you money. I have called and sent numerous emails but received no help. All I want is this matter to be resolved and for MTN to stop claiming that I owe money to them to which I don't. I still complained and a guy by the name of Tim said someone will call me back (Ref : REQ ********** ). till today no one has bothered to call me. My number still does not work, yet MTN is charging me for a cancelled contract. Can you advise on when you will resolve this matter, when will you migrate my number, when will you clear my name from ICT, when will you tell VVM that I do not owe you. Please email me documents that show that I owe you. I mean when last was my number even active. MTN REF # ********** 1 , # ********** 8, # ********** 8, # ********** 7 , ETC</p>
