Paid SMS's being blocked by MTN

<p>I contacted customer care late last year to query why my sms's are not going through. On my contract I have free sms which I hardly ever use and being on contract surely paid sms get billed as sent and added on to my monthly account. The consultant I spoke to told me I had a limit of R100 for this and my sms should go through. First of all, I have been a customer of MTN for many years NEVER having missed a payment. At one time I had 3 contracts running with you. Now you decided arbitrarily that I am limited to R100! I send maybe 1 - 5 maximum sms per month at a push and they are PAID. They don't go through</p> <p>So call me MTN to sort this out and get it fixed once and for all as I am NOT impressed</p>
