Paid for data but no data

Last week I spent over 500 Rand on data, through the mtn app. The money was taken from my account but no data was given to me. I phoned the help line they said it would take 48 hours to reflect. I then emailed the help line and was told it had been escalated. I still have no data a week later and mtn has my money. Last time I checked this was called theft. Really hope they can sort something out soon. This is a very unhappy customer
