PAID FOR DATA AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

Nearly two days ago I bought 20 gb of data using the MTN phone app for a sim card and it is still not reflecting. I have been given a reference number *** but nothing has been resolved. THIS IS URGENT AS THIS SIM IS IN A SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM AT A SHOPPING MALL
