Paid for BIS but cant use it

I am very frustrated as I buy my BIS uncapped once a month and since 2015/09/17 from 16:00 pm I realised I cant use my phone and the literally spoken to 10 people who knows nothing. Such a shame these very same idiots went on strike but don't know their jobs. I am going to change networks because a bunch of idiots are all working together who cant solve a simple problem and tells me it is best to go into a shop, and at whose expense should I drive to the mall because of people's incompetence.
