Paid for 30GB SuperData and never received it

I've been struggling with 5 different Service "champions" from Friday, when I bought R269 30GB SuperData on the new MTN app, and the money was deducted from my Capitec account, but the data was never loaded. I've sent through my proof of payment 5 times and it's 4days later and still I don't have data and every day I must buy daily data while I'm waiting for the service "champions"
