Paid excess still waiting over month for phone
Repeated attempts to get feedback on a phone that was collected for repairs. Asked to pay the excess, this was paid into the MTN account 4 JUNE 2015. They asked for proof of payment and it was sent repeatedly. Again no feedback on when the repaired phone will be delivered. The service from MTN Insurance is pathetic and appears to be a general problem reading previous complaints. Today phoned *** only to be told via voice mail that they are having problems and dial zero to speak with a consultant. Upon following instructions and dialing zero the connection is cut. SOME MORE PATHETIC SERVICE. Your email references from long past refers #***5..
