Paid excess amount and gave my adress.now they giving me again probs sending my device

Good morning its me again amogelang Masite with I'd number *** I wrote to you about Mtn insurance giving me problems with approving my claim.BT after writing to u they eventually approved it...n I paid excess amount the same day.my main problem again is them not sending the device to me as its more then 7days iv been waiting for the device to get to me in Kimberley I even gave them my address da same day..yesterday wen I called I spoke to a lady hu said they HV da device which is a p30lite..BT I must call Thursday in so they can send ...I dnt understand really why I must call Thursday cos iv given them da address lastweek..yoh ths is really frustating guys..this is the poorest customer service iv received in my whole life...iam really sad with how iv been treated regarding this claim
